158 Promenade Drive, Nanaimo B.C. - The New Castle building is one of the smaller two complexes found on the side of the Beacon Building completed in 1993 as phase one of this development. Found on the opposite side of the Beacon building, the 71 condo units condos in this building overlook the Gabriola ferry and can see much further south than the Newcastle building.
